The corrugated sidewall conveyor belt adopts a "base belt + sidewall + cleat + transverse reinforcement" integrated structure, solving belt collapse during return travel:
Base Belt:
Optional multi-ply fabric (EP/NN/CC) or steel cord carcass, with transverse reinforcement layer to enhance rigidity and avoid sagging.
Sidewall (Skirt):
N/S/ES type, made of high-elastic rubber, preventing material leakage during incline transport; height ranges from 40mm to 600mm.
Cleat (Transverse Baffle):
T/C/TC/TCS type, fixed between sidewalls to support materials, ensuring stable transport at 90° vertical angle.
Core Rubber:
Strong adhesion to base belt and sidewall, ensuring layer bonding strength ≥5N/mm.
Features and Benefits
Supports vertical (90°) and arbitrary angle (0-90°) transport, reducing conveyor layout space by 50% compared to flat belts—ideal for narrow factory/port areas.
High sidewall (up to 600mm) and cleat design increase material holding volume; conveying capacity is 2-3 times that of ordinary incline belts of the same width.
Transverse reinforcement layer prevents base belt collapse during return travel; wear-resistant sidewall/cleat (Shore A hardness 65-75) reduces replacement frequency.
Base belt with high rigidity ensures uniform trough formation; sidewall and cleat are vulcanized with base belt in one step, avoiding detachment.
Optional flame-resistant (MT668) or acid-alkali resistant (HG4-846) cover rubber, suitable for underground mines and chemical material transport.
