JINFLEX Conveyor belt offers both general and special-type cover compounds (with abrasion, oil, heat, flame, or acid-alkali resistance) for different working conditions. Cover gauges range from 2mm to 12mm, meeting diverse protection needs.

Outstanding rubber adhesion to fabric, low elongation, and high modulus reduce bending fatigue, ensuring longer service life even under frequent operation.
■ Perfect Load Support
With carcass (EP/NN/CC) undertaking almost all loads, the belt ensures stable material transport, suitable for long-distance, heavy-load, and high-speed scenarios.
■ Reliable Vulcanized Splices
Hot vulcanized splice is recommended. The belt’s strong layer bonding (enabled by high-performance core rubber) ensures reliable splice performance, reducing maintenance risks.
