Product description
The PVC/PVG solid woven conveyor belt is made of a "solid woven core + PVC/PVG cover rubber" through impregnation, plasticization, and vulcanization:
High-strength polyester/cotton blended woven core, bearing tensile loads with low elongation (≤1.5% at 10% load).
Top + bottom PVC cover rubber (single side thickness ≥1.0mm), with flame-resistant and anti-static properties; suitable for ≤16° incline transport.
Top + bottom rubberized PVC cover rubber (more flexible), with better wear resistance; suitable for ≤20° incline transport.
Ensures tight bonding between core and cover rubber, avoiding layer separation under low-temperature/humid conditions.

Meets MT668-2019 standard: Alcohol combustion time ≤10s (average ≤3s), propane combustion damage length ≤1250mm, surface resistance ≤3×10⁸Ω—prevents static explosion in underground mines.
Solid woven core has longitudinal tensile strength up to 1600N/mm, bearing heavy loads; low elongation ensures stable conveying speed, no material deviation.
PVG type cover rubber has Shore abrasion ≤150mm³; solid core resists impact from falling coal/ore, reducing belt damage.
PVC/PVG cover rubber is water-resistant (water absorption ≤1.5%); suitable for underground wet mines and tunnel construction.
