Patent "Wave Plate" Structure Reshaping Industrial Space Utilization Standard
On August 11, 2025, Jinflex Rubber and Plastic Technology Co., Ltd.'s independently developed corrugated edge conveyor belt system passed the verification of the National Engineering Laboratory and successfully achieved 90°full vertical material conveying. This technology adopts a patented waveform sidewall and reinforced partition collaborative structure, which overcomes the global problem of the 18°inclination limit of traditional conveyors and provides revolutionary spatial solutions for the global mining, port, and building materials industries.
During 18 months of rigorous testing, the system demonstrated outstanding performance in simulating a 100 meter mine environment: when the conveyor belt lifted iron ore powder at a 90 ° angle, the three-dimensional silo formed by the corrugated edge and transverse partition achieved a material retention rate of 99.7%, which was 46 percentage points higher than traditional equipment. The baseband adopts a five layer EP400 polyester canvas reinforced structure, ensuring a lateral deformation rate of less than 0.3% under high temperature conditions of 80 ℃, completely solving the problem of sidewall distortion failure. What is even more commendable is that the equipment length is reduced by 40% under the same lifting height, which means that the 10000 ton terminal can save valuable space equivalent to 12 standard containers.
This breakthrough stems from a rethinking of fundamental mechanics, "said the chief engineer of Jinflex during a demonstration at the press conference." The wave plate mechanics triangle model we created enables the diaphragm to evenly distribute stress to the base band when subjected to vertical pressure, improving its impact resistance by 300% compared to traditional designs. "This technology has now completed ISO 15236-1 standard certification and is suitable for extreme scenarios such as -30℃extremely cold mining areas to 150℃ cement clinker, especially meeting the industrial upgrading needs of land scarce regions such as Africa and Southeast Asia.
Currently, three international mining groups worldwide have initiated technology imports, and it is expected that the first batch of commercial systems will be put into use at bulk ports by the end of the year. Jinflex has simultaneously opened a vertical conveyor renovation evaluation channel to provide customized upgrade solutions for existing conveyor lines.
