Rough top conveyor belt is designed with a textured anti-slip top cover to provide excellent grip for light-duty and inclined conveying. The belt is commonly built with EP or NN fabric carcass and abrasion-resistant rubber cover. Its rough top surface helps prevent boxes, parcels, bags, glass products and deformable materials from slipping or rolling back during transportation.
It is widely used for belt loaders, lorry loaders, warehouse logistics, packaging lines and light industrial conveying systems where stable material handling and improved friction are required.
Our rough top conveyor belts can be manufactured according to GB, DIN, ISO, RMA, AS, JIS, BS and SABS standards, or customized according to customer technical requirements.

The top cover is made with wear-resistant rubber compound, suitable for continuous conveying and helping extend belt service life under normal operating conditions.

Rough top conveyor belts can be customized by belt width, belt strength, number of plies, cover thickness, bottom surface, edge type and joint method. Options include open belt, endless belt, cut edge, molded edge, flat bottom, bare back and special processing according to customer requirements.
